Been with Orange and EE for years and can honestly say it's the worse experience I have had in one of their stores... and I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past. The best part is that after the shop assistant admitted he was not able to anger my questions, he went to get someone who could. That assistant was less helpful than the first suggesting I ring their helpline. All because I simply wanted some information about upgrading as my contract is up soon. What a waste of time going into the store was.
